Cream Cheese Buttercream Icing
Instructions
Muffins
  1. Combine and mix all ingredients
  2. Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full
  3. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes, or until you can insert a toothpick into muffin, and it comes out clean
  4. Let muffins cool completely before icing or decorating
Icing
  1. Combine butter, shortening, cream cheese, and vanilla, then mix
  2. Add in icing sugar and pumpkin pie spice, then mix until smooth
  3. Add milk a few splashes at a time, until icing is the desired consistency for piping or spreading
  4. Optional: top cupcakes with a light sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, and/or add any other type of candy or sprinkles you’d like, to garnish the cupcakes, and ENJOY!!!
