Holiday Eggnog Trifle
A delicious holiday treat featuring eggnog flavored cake, pudding, and whipped topping layers.

  1. Combine cake mix, melted butter, eggs and 1 1/4 cups of eggnog. Mix well.
  2. Bake mini cupcakes at 350°C for about 10 minutes, or until you can insert a toothpick and it comes out clean. Let cupcakes cool.
  3. Combine instant pudding mix, 1 1/2 cups of milk, and 1 1/2 cups of eggnog and mix for 2-3 min.
  4. Pour half of pudding mix into trifle bowl and top with mini cupcakes.
  5. Cover cupcakes with whipped topping, either by using a large spoon, or filling an icing bag and piping it.
  6. Place remainder of pudding over the whipped topping, add more mini cupcakes, and then cover with whipped topping.
  7. Optional-Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and/or cinnamon sticks for garnish, and ENJOY!
